We are sorry you are not happy with your item from us. We do want to make things right with you. All of our products come with a 30 day money-back guarantee if it is a product quality issue.
Faulty items can be returned for a replacement, providing we are notified of the issue within 14 days of delivery to you, and you provide a photo of the faulty item.
We do not accept returns unless the item is defective, and at that point we will ship out a replacement.
If you request a refund, and it is approved by us, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, excluding the costs of shipping. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We reserve the right to withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied sufficient evidence of having sent back the goods.
You shall send back the goods to the address we supply in your authorization email, without undue delay and at a maximum of 14 days of reciept of our authorization email.
You are responsible for any cost incurred for the return of goods to us, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
